Multi-Cavity – Maximum number of articles per cycle
Bekum’s Multi-Cavity concept enables the production of the maximum number of articles per mold. By efficiently utilizing the mold plate width, up to 2 x 12 articles per cycle can be produced on a double-station blow molding machine like the EBLOW 1208D – significantly boosting output.
Tandem Blow – Double the output
Bekum’s Tandem Blow process doubles output by using bottom-to-bottom blowing. Two articles are formed simultaneously from a single parison – efficiently and space-saving. Perfect for smaller packaging like milk or yogurt drinks, with production rates of up to 18,000 units per hour.
Optimized mold plate utilization
Bekum’s Multi-Cavity concept makes full use of your machine’s capacity. By smartly utilizing mold plate width, up to 24 articles per cycle can be produced in a single unit – for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Highspeed – Maximum speed for large volumes
For large-volume packaging like 20-liter canisters, Bekum enables high-speed production of up to 240 units per hour. External cooling shortens cooling times significantly, maximizing production capacity.
