Hybrid clamping unit with maximum flexibility
The exclusive Bekum clamping system with hybrid-electric drive enables form thickness variations previously unattainable in large blow moulding. Clamping force can be adjusted quickly and precisely via the HMI – no mechanical conversions needed.
Large-volume articles at high output
The XBLOW 100 produces drums up to 250 L with high cycle frequency. With optional cooling section, robust extrusion and fast post-processing, it is ideal for UN-certified industrial containers.
Extrusion heads with strong layer distribution
Whether mono- or multi-layer – Bekum’s spiral mandrel technology ensures accurate wall thickness distribution, short colour change times and reproducible results. PCR and chalk can be processed without issue

Large tools usually mean large setup changes – not with Bekum. The unique clamp system of the XBLOW series allows easy adjustment to different mould thicknesses via touchscreen – no realignment or conversions needed. Maximum flexibility for changing demands.
