Our application process.

- Taster day: Get a first-hand look at your potential future job and see if the tasks match your expectations.
- Apprenticeship test & interview: You’ll take a one-hour test and receive your result immediately after. Then we’ll have a personal conversation to clarify all key questions.
- Job offer: If our expectations match your profile, you’ll receive an offer. Upon acceptance, you become part of the Bekum family.
- Then your onboarding begins!

Structure of the apprenticeship at Bekum
Currently, the first apprenticeship year takes place at Voith in St. Pölten as part of a training partnership.From the second year on, apprentices are trained at Bekum.
If desired, apprentices can also complete their education with a diploma (Matura).
